I hate 2,4,6-trichloroanisole!

I had it all prepared. Locally grown vegetables; horse beans which were gently boiled, onions, leek and zucchini fried in a full bodied olive oil. On top of that a mildly smoked bacon. Crisp, slightly oily and wonderful green notes from the so fresh vegetables.
